To ensure efficient order processing and secure delivery, the following payment policy applies:

Cash on Delivery (COD):
For regular orders, customers are required to pay only the shipping charges in advance at the time of order confirmation. The remaining product amount will be payable upon delivery.

Custom Orders:
For customized or made-to-order products, a 50% advance payment is required before production begins.

Remaining Balance:
Any remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.

Bin Musa Decor aims to deliver all products within 8 to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delivery is provided at curbside only. Customers are responsible for moving items inside their premises.

  • Assembly services are not included unless explicitly mentioned.
